Law
After years of building companies, publishing books, and managing brands, I went to Villanova Law to understand the legal structures, risks, and decisions behind that work.
VILLANOVA LAW
I tried to keep law school tied to actual business and creative problems. As a Scarpa Fellow, I studied the relationship between law, business, and entrepreneurship. I founded the Cannabis Law Society and the Emerging Legal Technology Society, competed in the Sneaker Law Moot Court Competition, and worked in Villanova's Intellectual Property Clinic.
The clinic put the legal work in context. Clients were building businesses, brands, and creative projects, so an answer had to account for their goals, resources, and plans rather than stop at a statement of the rule.

INTERNSHIPS
At Accolade, I worked on corporate legal matters inside an established company and saw how legal advice is shaped by commercial priorities, internal stakeholders, and the practical needs of the business.
I also worked with entertainment attorney Kevon Glickman on matters involving artists, intellectual property, contracts, and the business arrangements surrounding creative work.

RC KELLY
At RC Kelly, I began handling legal problems for businesses — including in the school transportation industry — operating under overlapping statutory, regulatory, contractual, and practical constraints.
My work included legal memoranda, regulatory analysis, appeals, industry articles, and advice to business owners. Most assignments required me to enter an unfamiliar subject, determine which facts and law mattered, and recommend a course of action in terms the client could use.
