Consulting
After building businesses of my own, I began helping other organizations turn ideas into something they could operate, present, and explain clearly. The work changed with the problem: sometimes that meant building the operation itself; other times, shaping its identity or finding the clearest way to tell its story.
OOSHIRTS
Ooshirts was opening a large, factory-style screen-printing operation in Scranton. I helped establish day-to-day processes, hire employees, set customer-service standards, and work through the practical decisions required to open and operate at scale.
Because I had already run an apparel brand, I understood both the production side and the customers who depended on the printer to produce work carrying their own name.

TUFF CITY STYLES
Tuff City Styles was a smaller, boutique screen-printing business with a distinct theme and identity. I again worked on the launch and operation, including hiring, customer service, and positioning, but the decisions had to fit a different customer and scale.

SNS
SNS had substantial work and a larger mission, but its story was difficult to grasp quickly. I helped identify the strongest material, organize it, and write language that explained what the organization did and why it mattered.
