Before law, I spent years leading teams, serving customers, and solving operational problems where small decisions often made the biggest difference.
DISNEY
At Disney, I managed employees and worked directly with guests who often had spent months planning and saving for their trips. Small problems mattered because a single interaction could affect how a family remembered the entire visit.
I tried to solve the immediate problem without treating the guest as another item in a queue. I received more than 100 guest-recognition cards, along with additional recognition for customer service.

LACOSTE
At Lacoste, I was responsible for sales results as well as store standards, presentation, and customer service. I focused on why a customer had come in and what would make a product relevant instead of pushing the same sales approach on everyone. The company recognized my sales performance.
Recipient, René Lacoste Award
GREYSTAR
I joined a Greystar property after a viral incident and coordinated negative reviews had driven its online rating to about 1.9 stars. I worked with residents and prospective residents while helping the property maintain average occupancy near 100 percent.
The rating rose from about 1.9 to 4.0 stars. I also received company recognition for generating the highest number of online reviews that mentioned an employee by name.
While at Greystar, I began studying public relations at the University of Florida. The program gave me a more formal grounding in branding, communication, and reputation and put academic language around problems I had already encountered at work.
Reputation Management, 1.9 to 4.0 Stars
